For those of you who were at Yosemite in April, we were shooting star tracks one night and Sue Southon caught an unusual light phenomenon that we finally determined to be an "iridium flare" from the solar panel of a communications satellite. Very interesting to observe; it was very bright and lasted for only about 3 seconds.
