Not being much of a birder but have recently gotten several books on birds since Gail is developing an interest in it. I agree with Ross, according to my book it is a male yellow warbler. You can actually see one of the reddish streaks on the chest in this image. Would be interesting to hear what Sue thinks as she is the local expert on warblers.

Looks like a Yellow Warbler - can't see too much of the rusty streaks on the breast but certainly looks like one.  Though on the extreme large blowup do see some streaks.

I googled 'warblers yellow' and a few sites have some pictures to compare with.

If someone else comes up with another id well I'll learn something too.
